This is a part time position, commissioned position. We do not bonus on the number of patients you see; rather on the quality of experience and the patient value to the center.

We are looking for a highly motivated Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in our established center in Fort Collins, CO. The center opened in December 2022 and the new owners took over in April 2023. The ideal candidate has a growth mindset, coachable, able to really connect with clients, and an interest in learning aesthetics. You must have a phenomenal bedside manner with patients. You are hungry to learn, and you know how to create a unique and memorable experience with each patient.

The 4Ever Young franchise is the fastest growing anti-aging vitality center in the nation. We are a professional, fun, and patient-focused vitality center. We are dedicated to improving the quality of life for men and women naturally through bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), peptides, IV vitamin therapy, supplements, and weight loss. We also offer a full range of aesthetic services, including neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, Hydrafacials, Skin Pin, and skin care products.
Currently there are 3 corporate vitality centers, 67 franchises open across the country, and another 100+ signed to open in the next 24 months!
Our location is in the vibrant Front Range Village in Fort Collins off of East Harmony Road.
The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant is key for our growth at 4Ever Young Fort Collins. Here are some key responsibilities:
Customer Service
· Maintain high standards of customer service at all times; set an example for the team and go above and beyond to deliver a great experience to every patient.
Patient Education and Care
· Meet with patients and provide physicals, wellness plans, and work well with our team. Answer any questions patients might have, and build their confidence by serving as a warm, professional, competent advisor and provider.
· Work with medical director to provide recommendations and treatment plans for all wellness patients under your care.
· Stay up to date on all 4Ever Young products and services so you can answer patient questions and make optimized recommendations.
· A hidden passion to deliver exceptional aesthetic services to our patients. We will train; but you have to be hungry to learn and use all your resources to ramp up.
· Perform pellet insertions for HRT patients, as well as product and injection demonstrations.
· Complete physical exams for all wellness patients annually.
· Perform all phlebotomy duties in your center ; administer all IV therapy, controlled testosterone injections, and vitamin injections.
· Protect patient privacy; follow HIPAA and medical compliance guidelines at all times. This includes handling of patient forms and medical records as well as telephone and in-person conversations.
· Ensure patient safety and comfort and smooth flow of patient care in your center at all times.
· Maintain accurate charting and clinical documentation for every patient under your care; update all patient files within 4Ever Young timing policies (typically same day) and ensure all members of the medical staff do the same.
· Be a team player; help without being asked, pitch in wherever you can; do what needs to be done.
Sales
· Be familiar with 4Ever Young membership programs and promotions so that you can make a recommendation if appropriate that will help a patient maximize results or try a new treatment that might be a good fit for them.
· Possess a willingness to discuss pricing and money with patients.
· Be opening to learn how to cross sell and up sell.
Daily Operations
· Follow 4Ever Young procedures for patient check-in, check-out, rooming, follow-ups, and other aspects of daily operations’
· Work with medical team to ensure adequate inventory of product, medical supplies, and other materials are in stock at all times.
· Follow 4Ever Young dress code when on duty or representing 4Ever Young in the community; maintain a professional appearance and high standards at all times.
· Problem-solve and proactively find solutions to issues that arise, always working to prioritize safety, compliance, and patient experience.
Requirements: Some experience in administering Botox and/or a willingness to grow in that area.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $55.00 – $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
