About Us: Capital OB/GYN is an independent-owned private practice with four locations serving the Sacramento community. Our mission is to “deliver care with compassion” and build strong patient relationships through “open communication, education, and trust.” We provide comprehensive women’s health care, including obstetrics, gynecology, prenatal, and postpartum care.
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse Midwife to join our fast-paced OB/GYN team. You will provide gynecologic and obstetric care independently and collaboratively under physician supervision. Our team values motivated, dependable providers who prioritize patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prenatal and postpartum care
- Perform gynecologic procedures such as IUD and Nexplanon insertions, colposcopies, and cervical cancer screenings
- Conduct well-woman exams, STI testing, and contraceptive counseling
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Active PA, NP or CNM license (required)
- Experience in OB/GYN or women’s health preferred; new graduates with clinical OB/GYN experience are welcome
- Strong communication skills and a warm, compassionate approach to patient care
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy clinical environment
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly pay: $75.88–$85.00 DOE
