Pediatric Associates is seeking a full-time General Pediatrician or experienced Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our Orlando Regional Float Team. This position provides pediatric care across several well-established Orlando-area offices, including Alafaya, Lee Vista, Red Bug, Conway, and Rio Pinar/Loop.
This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy variety without unpredictability—offering a consistent, centrally managed schedule, strong clinical support, and the stability of a physician-led pediatric organization.

Physician Qualifications (MD/DO)
- MD or DO
- Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Pediatrics residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Current, unrestricted Florida medical license
- Current, unrestricted Florida DEA license
Pediatric APP Qualifications (NP/PA)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a general pediatrics provider
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Board Certified
- Current (or ability to obtain) unrestricted Florida license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
