Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Pediatric Physician Assistant (PA) to join our compassionate and family-centered pediatric practice in .
The ideal candidate has strong experience in outpatient pediatric care, is fluent in English and Spanish, and is passionate about providing high-quality, culturally sensitive care to children from birth to 21 years old.
This is a part-time position in a fast-paced yet supportive pediatric clinic, working collaboratively with the supervising pediatric physician and clinical team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care including well-child visits, sick visits, and follow-up care
- Perform age-appropriate physical examinations and patient assessments
- Diagnose and manage acute and common chronic pediatric conditions
- Prescribe medications and treatments according to state regulations
- Administer immunizations and injections following pediatric guidelines
- Provide anticipatory guidance and education to parents and caregivers
- Accurately document patient encounters in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and medical assistants
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and clinic policies
- Deliver compassionate, family-centered, and culturally competent care
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Physician Assistant (PA) license in Arizona
- National certification (PA-C)
- Bilingual: English and Spanish (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of pediatric clinical experience required
- Experience in outpatient pediatric or primary care settings
- Strong knowledge of pediatric growth, development, and preventive care
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems
- Current BLS and PALS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced pediatric clinic
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $65.00 – $80.00 per hour
