Seashore Pediatrics, P.C. is looking to hire an experienced full-time PA-C or experienced PNP or FNP for a busy and thriving pediatric practice along the coast. We are looking for a personable, compassionate, caring and knowledgeable individual with a good work ethic and some pediatric experience. The individual must be a team player with a positive attitude and dedicated to providing top quality care to pediatric patients from birth through 18 years of age. This is an outpatient private practice clinic; there is no rounding or hospital responsibility. Office hours are 8-5 Monday through Friday. Patient volume varies throughout the year based on season but overall averages 25-30 patients per day per provider. Benefits include a competitive salary, major medical, dental, vision, Simple 401k Retirement plan, 3 weeks PTO, 6 paid holidays, 1 week CME with stipend and productivity bonus. Mommy call is shared amongst all providers in the practice and averages one in six weekends and one in six weeknights. Mommy call volume is light.
