Job OverviewWe are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner NP or Physician Assistance PA to join a well-established outpatient psychiatry practice in Arlington and Mansfield Texas. This role is focused exclusively on follow-up visits, offering an excellent work–life balance in a supportive clinical environment.
Role Highlights
- Outpatient psychiatry only
- Follow-up patients only (no intakes)
- Monday–Friday schedule
- No call, no weekends, no hospital coverage
- Established patient panel
- Supportive physician collaboration
Qualifications
- Licensed PMHNP or PA (Texas license or eligibility)
- Experience in outpatient psychiatry preferred but new graduates welcome
Compensation & Details
- Competitive compensation (based on experience)

Pay: $30,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
