Re Studios, founded by Stanford-trained dermatologist Dr. Erika Klemperer, is a regenerative dermatology studio in Montecito dedicated to the science and beauty of skin health. We offer highly personalized, proactive, and preventative dermatology care to optimize skin healthspan and cultivate beauty.
We are seeking an experienced PA-C with a strong foundation in dermatology and aesthetic medicine to perform non-invasive skin rejuvenation treatments. This role does not include cosmetic injections (Botox/fillers).
Responsibilities
- Perform non-invasive regenerative aesthetic treatments, including:
- Clear + Brilliant laser
- Sofwave
- Microneedling
- Regenerative cell therapy
- Conduct detailed skin consultations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with Re Studios’ regenerative philosophy
- Educate patients on pre-/post-procedure care, treatment expectations, andlong-term skin health
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all safety and compliance standards
- Collaborate with Dr. Klemperer and team to refine protocols and enhance patient experience
Qualifications
- Active California PA-C license (required)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience performing non-invasive aesthetic procedures in a dermatology or medical spa setting (required)
- Dermatology experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Passion for regenerative dermatology, wellness, and skin health

Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time: 1-2 days (8–16 hours)/week; with growth potential
- $70-90/hour, based on experience
