Location: Canarsie, Brooklyn, NY Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 (based on experience)

Position Overview A well-established adult primary care practice in Canarsie, Brooklyn is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant to join its clinical team. This is a full-time, outpatient position primarily focused on adult primary care, with openness to Family Medicine, offering a consistent weekday schedule and a supportive clinical environment.

You will work alongside a designated Medical Assistant, allowing you to focus on patient care while maintaining an efficient daily workflow. The practice utilizes eClinicalWorks (ECW) as its electronic health record system.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive adult primary care in an outpatient setting
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct routine physicals, follow-ups, and preventive care visits
• Document all patient encounters accurately in eClinicalWorks (ECW)
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure high-quality, coordinated care

Requirements

• Active New York State Physician Assistant license
• Active Medicaid ID number (required)
• Experience in adult primary care (Family Medicine experience is a strong plus)
• Comfortable working with eClinicalWorks (ECW) or similar EHR systems
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
