- Nights and weekends required as primary coverage need
- Shift times vary: 6a-4p, 9a-7p, 11a-8p, 2p-12a, 5p-2a, 8p-4a
- 60% urgent care and 40% emergency department care
- Hospital privileges required
- Adding 2 providers to pool
