Join Our Team! – Full-Time APRN or Physician Assistant
We’re looking for a dedicated APRN or Physician Assistant to join our fast-paced, patient-centered family practice clinic in Choctaw, Oklahoma. If you’re passionate about providing high-quality care and thrive in a collaborative clinical environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
As a key member of our care team, your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating and treating new and established patients in a clinic setting
- Taking detailed medical histories and creating individualized care plans
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic labs and imaging
- Prescribing medications and ensuring accurate, timely documentation
- Collaborating with physicians and other team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Schedule: Monday–Friday (No weekends or major holidays!)
What We’re Looking For
- Active APRN or Physician Assistant license in the State of Oklahoma
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (Epic preferred)
- A strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a patient-first mindset
- A team player who thrives in a busy clinical setting
