<Duties>
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to attract new laboratory clients and expand existing accounts.
- Engage in warm calling campaigns to establish initial contact and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate laboratory products or services.
- Lead negotiations to secure contracts, pricing agreements, and service terms that benefit both the client and company objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that highlight our technological solutions for laboratories.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage client data, and analyze account performance metrics.
- Provide ongoing technical sales support by explaining product features, demonstrating value propositions, and addressing client inquiries effectively.

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within laboratory, scientific, or healthcare industries.
