Duties

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history-taking and physical examinations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results to inform clinical decisions
• Provide patient education on health management, medication adherence, and preventive care strategies
• Perform procedures within your scope of practice with precision and confidence
• Document all clinical encounters thoroughly in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical protocols to enhance care standards

Experience

• Proven experience as an Advanced Practice Provider, such as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, in a relevant specialty area
• Strong knowledge of current clinical guidelines, evidence-based practices, and diagnostic procedures
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases independently while adhering to safety protocols
• Certification from recognized accrediting bodies relevant to your practice scope (e.g., ANCC, NCCPA)
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
