Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner -BMH-Green Bay/Clinica Hispana

Opportunity Details:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Practice Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Green Bay Clinica Hispana Family Medicine Team. In this role, you will work closely alongside a physician, collaboratively managing and sharing a patient panel to provide comprehensive, high-quality care to individuals and families across all ages. The ideal candidate will be committed to patient-centered care, teamwork, and continuous professional growth. Ability to speak fluent Spanish highly desirable.

Shift Hours:

Part-Time 0.9 FTE (36 hours/week)

Practice Details:

• 36 hours per week (4 Days a week in clinic )
• No call, No weekends, No holidays, No nights

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant Program
• WI RN license and Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) certification or WI Physician Assistant license required
