Experienced and highly motivated Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in medical aesthetics and a growing focus in clinical dermatology.
Aesthetic Beauty Lounge is actively expanding into full dermatology services, and this role is designed to support both medical dermatology and aesthetic treatments. The provider will practice comprehensive patient care, balancing medical necessity with cosmetic outcomes, while helping build and scale a new dermatology service line within an established, profitable aesthetic practice.
This position is ideal for a PA or NP seeking a hybrid dermatology + aesthetics role within a modern, patient-centered practice. The provider will work collaboratively with supervising physicians and leadership to develop dermatologic services while continuing to deliver high-quality aesthetic treatments.
Dematology Role Responsibilities:
· Perform comprehensive skin exams
· Diagnose and treat common dermatologic conditions (acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, rashes, dermatitis)
· Evaluate and manage suspicious skin lesions
· Perform biopsies and basic excisions
· Provide medical treatment plans and follow-ups
· Maintain detailed and compliant medical documentation
Aesthetic Role Responsibilities:
· Injectables: Botox, Dysport, Dermal Fillers
· Laser and energy-based treatments
· Skin rejuvenation and corrective procedures
· Cosmetic consultations and treatment planning
· Patient education on skin health and anti-aging
Practice Development:
· Assist in launching and scaling dermatology services
· Collaborate on protocols, workflows, and patient experience
· Contribute to revenue growth through ethical, patient-centered care
Qualifications:
· Licensed PA or NP (State of Illinois)
· Dermatology experience required (medical, aesthetic, or both)
· Willingness to practice both dermatology and aesthetics
· Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
· Interest in growing with an expanding dermatology service line

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $120,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year
