Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner – Family Practice / Urgent Care
Castle Rock, CO
Full-Time | 4–5 Days per Week
$100,000+ Base Salary + Production Bonus

Schedule & Work-Life Balance
- 4–5 days per week
- Clinic hours:
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Sunday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Weekend rotation: 1 weekend every 5–6 weekends
- On-call: 1 week every 5–6 weeks
- Phone call only
- No requirement to come into the clinic while on call
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $100,000+ (commensurate with experience)
- Production bonus opportunity
- CME allowance: $1,500 annually
- Paid time off:
- 2 weeks vacation
- 1 additional week for CME

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program or Family Nurse Practitioner certification
- 1–2+ years experience in Family Practice, Urgent Care, or related clinical setting
- Active Colorado PA license (or ability to obtain)
- Comfortable managing a broad scope of FP/UC presentations
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
