We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our mobile wound care team, providing high-quality care to patients in their homes and select care facilities across the Everett area.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver advanced wound care to patients in their homes and care facilities
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members
- Conduct telehealth visits as permitted by Washington state regulations
- Prescribe medications and treatments as clinically appropriate
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Travel locally to patient homes; occasional rounding in SNFs or rehab facilities
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (FNP, APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) license
- Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program
- Preferred: 1+ year of experience in primary care, internal medicine, urgent care, or wound care
- Bonus: ER, ICU, or other critical care experience
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and problem-solving ability
- Independent, organized, and patient-focused
Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours only
- Compensation: $140,000–$175,000 annually, depending on experience
- Type: Full-time, salaried position with benefits after 60 days
