Position: Physician Assistant (PA) – Mobile Integrated Health Care Clinic
Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Division: SALA LLC-Mobile Healthcare Services
Reports To: Project Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a Physician Assistant who embodies compassion, dignity, and respect in every interaction. This part-time role (Starting at 2–3 days per week) supports our Mobile Healthcare Services, providing medical assessments, treatments, follow-ups, and referrals in a mobile and community-based environment.You will work alongside EMTs, paramedics, and support staff to bring medical services to individuals who may lack access to traditional healthcare settings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform patient evaluations and physical examinations
- Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic conditions
- Support MIH services such as chronic disease monitoring, point-of-care testing, and health education
- Provide patient-centered education and follow-up
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records
- Collaborate with mobile clinic staff and community partners
- Uphold high standards of care aligned with SALA’s mission and values
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current and active Physician Assistant license (Alaska)
- NCCPA certification preferred
- Experience in family practice, urgent care, emergency medicine, or mobile health is a plus
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Comfortable working independently in a mobile or field-based setting
- Clean, Valid driver’s license
Schedule & Compensation:
- 2–3 days per week
- Flexible scheduling
- Pay rate based on experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Capable of physical tasks and working in various conditions.
- Pass drug screen and background check.
