Premier Hair Transplant Center – Dallas, Texas
Role: Clinical & Surgical Hair Transplantation Specialist
Compensation: $150,000 – $190,000 per year
Schedule: Full-time, In-Person
About Us
Premier Hair Transplant Center is a state-of-the-art facility in Dallas specializing in advanced hair restoration, including FUE hair transplantation performed under local anesthesia. We are looking for one highly skilled NP or PA who can independently manage clinical care and assist with surgical hair restoration procedures.

Position Overview
This role combines clinical responsibilities with hands-on surgical participation in FUE hair transplantation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working closely with the surgeon throughout the patient journey.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care (Pre-Op, Post-Op, Recovery)
- Perform detailed history, physical exams, and pre-operative assessments
- Provide patient education before and after procedures
- Manage immediate post-operative recovery, monitor vitals, and provide pain control
- Oversee wound care, medications, and follow-up visits
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Surgical Hair Transplantation (FUE)
- Assist in planning hairline design and graft distribution
- Perform FUE procedures, including:
- Graft extraction (manual or motorized)
- Graft dissection and preservation
- Site creation and implantation
- Maintain a sterile field and ensure patient safety
- Support the surgeon throughout all phases of the procedure

Qualifications
- NP or PA license in Texas (required)
- Prior experience in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or hair restoration preferred (training available)
- Strong procedural skills and willingness to master FUE techniques
- Reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable working in a surgical environment
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required
