We are committed to improving outcomes for patients with chronic, non-healing wounds by delivering expert, compassionate care directly in their homes, Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), rehabilitation centers, and other care settings.
We are seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our mobile wound care team serving Central to South Seattle.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on wound care in patient homes and care facilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while maintaining independent clinical decision-making
- Conduct telehealth visits as permitted under Washington state regulations
- Prescribe medications and treatments as clinically appropriate
- Accurately document patient evaluations, treatments, and progress
- Travel within the service area to patient homes and facilities (mileage reimbursed)
- Optional: Participate in rounding at SNFs or rehabilitation centers
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Washington NP or PA license; board-certified
- Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program
- Preferred: Experience in primary care, urgent care, internal medicine, or wound care
- Bonus: Background in ER, ICU, or other high-acuity settings
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with a high level of reliability and professionalism
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $150,000–$175,000 annually, depending on experience
- Full-time, salaried position with comprehensive benefits
- Mileage reimbursement for all work-related travel
