About Us:
- 5 surgeons and multiple midlevel providers
- 3 clinics and 3 ambulatory surgery centers
- No on-call requirements for our PAs
- Open to new grads with the right fit and attitude
Position Overview:As a Physician Assistant, you will support our surgeons in consulting, performing, and managing both surgical and non-surgical patient care. You will gain hands-on experience in the OR, assist with suturing, sterile techniques, and follow established treatment protocols, all while delivering compassionate, patient-focused care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons with pre-op, intra-op, and post-op patient care
- Perform services in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, and organizational policies
- Educate patients on surgical and non-surgical procedures
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, contributing positively to a team-oriented environment
- Stay current with medical advancements, research, and best practices

Qualifications:
- BSc/MA in Physician Assistant Studies, Health Science, or Medical Science
- Valid & active Washington State Physician Assistant License (or eligible upon hire)
- Valid & active DEA License (or eligible upon hire)
- ACLS / BLS / PALS certification
- Willingness to learn OR procedures, sterile technique, and suturing
- Open to training new graduates who are a strong fit for our practice
