Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive wound assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide wound care in patient homes and care facilities
- Conduct telehealth visits as permitted under Arizona regulations
- Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate
- Complete accurate, timely documentation of all patient encounters
- Travel within the Tucson region to patient locations (mileage reimbursed)
- Optional: Rounding in Skilled Nursing Facilities or rehabilitation centers
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Arizona NP or PA license
- Board certification and Master’s degree from an accredited NP/PA program
- Preferred: 1+ year experience in primary care, internal medicine, urgent care, or wound care
- Bonus: ER, ICU, or other critical care experience
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile schedule
Compensation & Schedule
- Salary: $120,000–$140,000 annually, depending on experience
- Full-time, salaried position
- Monday–Friday, daytime hours
