Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate expertise in various areas of patient care. This role involves providing comprehensive healthcare services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients involved in auto accidents. The provider will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history intake.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as needed.
- Provide triage for patients in clinic setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize EMR systems such as Practice Fusion for data management.
- Assist in the management of patients requiring acute pain management.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
- Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification with appropriate state licensure.
- Experience in personal injury cases is a plus.
- Proficiency in ICD-10 coding and CPT coding.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Experience with telehealth services is a plus.
- Strong communication skills for effective patient interaction and education.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 – $170,000.00 per year
