Med Spa Physician’s Assistant/Associate
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Physician’s Assistant to implement the design and structure of a new Medical Spa. Our Medical Directors have individually been delivering advanced aesthetic treatments and personalized care for over 30 years. Our current practice is known for its expert team, cutting edge procedures, and commitment to achieving outstanding results in a medical setting.
Our planned services include injectables, laser treatments, body contouring, IV therapies, hormone therapies and general wellness. Our goal is to help each patient look and feel their best. With decades of experience, we pride ourselves on staying at the forefront of aesthetic innovation.
We are looking for someone special – empathetic and professional – who excels in building lasting client relationships and delivering exceptional care. Candidates must have a minimium of 2 years experience (Dermatology, Plastics/Med Spa or Women’s Health). This positions requires candidate to be able to practice independently and at times as the sole provider. Extensive experience with Injectables, Lasers and Medical Wellness experience would be preferable.

Key Job Responsibilities
· Deliver exceptional aesthetic/wellness treatments while maintaining a high standard of safety and client satisfaction
· Lead team to ensure a positive, client-focused environment, contributing to business growth and client retention.
· Maintain compliance with industry regulations and clinic protocols
· Stay current with the latest trends and techniques in aesthetics and wellness to ensure the highest quality of care and results
Applicant Qualifications
· 2+ years of experience
· Strong leadership and organizational skills
· Excellent communication abilities and a customer-first mindset
· Knowledge/ability to learn industry best practices
· Experience with Office Software, Inventory and EMR system
