Physician Assistant, Neurology – Part Time or Full Time
Job SummaryAn established and fast growing single specialty clinic in Neurology located at Anaheim, CA is seeking a certified Physician Assistant to provide high quality care to patients. Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage neurological patients
- Develops and implements patient management plans, including the coordination of referrals
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history-taking, physical examinations, and neurological evaluations.
- Interprets common laboratory, radiological, and other routine diagnostic procedures
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and potential complications
- Administer treatments including injections (e.g., botulinum toxin), medications, and perform electromyography (EMG) under supervision.
- Document patient encounters accurately using electronic health record (EHR) systems; ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
- Certified Physician Assistant with active California state license and DEA registration
- Strong knowledge of neuroanatomy, physiology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques relevant to neurology.
- Skilled in performing physical examinations and patient assessments with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in Neurology is highly desirable
- Spanish language is preferred

Pay: $60.00 – $80.00 per hour
