Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Clinical Director, overseeing daily clinic operations and delivering exceptional patient care
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and manage advanced treatments including:
• Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)
• Erectile Dysfunction therapies (Trimix injections, Gainswave, P-Shot, PRP, prescription therapies)
• Medical weight loss, peptide therapy, vitamin injections, hair restoration, and regenerative treatments
• Partner closely with the Medical Director to maintain a patient-first environment
• Drive clinic growth by hitting census and performance goals
• Ensure full compliance with all medical, legal, and regulatory standards
• Represent the clinic at community events, health fairs, and sporting events
• Support marketing initiatives (social media collabs, content creation, etc.)
• Build strong referral networks with local physicians (especially urology, primary care, and men’s wellness providers)

Qualifications – You’re a Great Fit If You Have

• Active Virginia Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing
• Current DEA registration and Controlled Substance certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience strongly preferred (newer grads with strong men’s health interest will still be considered)
• Genuine comfort discussing men’s hormone optimization, sexual health, and performance medicine
• Natural leadership skills with the desire to grow and manage a clinic
• Business-development mindset and passion for community outreach
• Previous supervisory or clinic management experience is a big plus

Pay: $124,000.00 – $156,000.00 per year
