About the Role:

• Deliver comprehensive, high-quality primary care to patients across all age groups.
• Perform physical exams, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and care team members to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, wellness, and preventive care strategies.
• Maintain precise and thorough patient documentation.
• Refer patients to specialists as necessary, ensuring seamless continuity of care.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
