Full Job Description
Responsibilities:- Provide primary healthcare services under the supervision of a physician- Conduct physical examinations and take detailed medical histories- Diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as X-rays and laboratory tests- Prescribe medications and other treatments- Educate patients on preventive healthcare measures- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
– Perform ultrasound guided trigger point and joint injections
-Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records
Work Experience:- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant in a medical office or clinical setting
– Current certification as a physician assistant (PAC)
– Valid state license to practice in New Jersey
– Ability and experience in doing trigger and joint injections- Proficiency in airway management techniques and emergency response protocols- Knowledge of occupational health practices and regulations- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems (e.g., Practice Fusion)- Ability to do medical scans- Strong understanding of infection control protocols
