Boise Radiology Group is seeking a skilled and adaptable Physician Assistant to join our Radiology team. This role plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across various hospital settings. The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence in both clinical practice and patient interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform image-guided procedures, exams, and other clinical tasks following established care standards
  • Conduct physical exams, order diagnostic tests, prepare patients for procedures, and manage follow-up care
  • Manage direct patient care across various hospital and clinical settings
  • Assist with patient discharge processes, including documentation and care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
  • Maintain professionalism and uphold BRG’s code of conduct in all interactions
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervising radiologists

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of a minimum 2-year AMA-approved PA program
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Current NCCPA certification, with ongoing accreditation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong adaptability and sound clinical judgment
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105,000.00 – $132,500.00 per year
