We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner for our skilled nursing facilities. If you are looking to fulfill your career, connect with patients on a one-on-one basis and help them heal and live a better quality of life, we are the place for you.
As an NP/PA, you will participate in weekly bedside wound care rounds in Syracuse, NY . You will establish a plan of care, change dressings and perform medically necessary debridement.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as an NP
- Valid NP License in the State of NY
- Wound Care Certification (preferred)
- Wound Care experience
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
