Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Primary Care

Mid-Atlantic Long Term Care, a provider-owned healthcare organization, is seeking qualified Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our growing primary care team in the beautiful Hampton Roads region of Virginia.
MALTC has recently expanded into several new communities across the area and is seeking additional provider support to meet the growing demand for high-quality, compassionate care. We are seeing more acute medical needs in our partner communities, and we’re committed to increasing provider presence to ensure excellent patient care and improved work-life balance for our team.

What We Offer
- Competitive pay: $105,000 – $165,000 per year

Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Virginia (required)
- Experience with geriatric patients preferred
- Background in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Hospital Medicine (accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Microsoft Office
