Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physical examinations and take comprehensive medical histories of patients
• Diagnose illnesses and injuries related to dermatological conditions
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to inform patient care
• Prescribe medications and monitor patient responses
• Provide patient education and counseling on skin health, treatment options, and preventive care
• Assist with Mohs Surgery procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

Requirements:

• Certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant in New Jersey
• Prior experience or strong interest in dermatology preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
