About the Role
This role is ideal for a clinician-leader who wants to practice full-spectrum primary care while also shaping the future of a growing practice.You’ll provide direct patient care under physician supervision (approximately 75%) and contribute to community outreach and marketing efforts (approximately 25%) that help grow the DPC model and patient base.
You’ll have the mentorship of our lead physician while enjoying freedom to innovate, build relationships, and contribute ideas that influence how the practice evolves.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive, compassionate care within NP/PA scope under physician supervision.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions in adult and adolescent populations.
- Conduct preventive exams, wellness visits, and lifestyle optimization consultations.
- Order, interpret, and follow up on labs and diagnostic tests.
- Prescribe medications and manage ongoing treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the physician on hormone optimization, Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), and Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT).
- Participate in community outreach, health fairs, social media engagement, and local partnerships to promote the DPC model.
- Maintain detailed, timely documentation within the EMR.
- Uphold the patient-first culture and values of Executive Medicine.
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey license as a Nurse Practitioner (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C).
- DEA certification (or ability to obtain).
- Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care strongly preferred.
- Interest or experience in men’s/women’s health, BHRT, TRT, or functional medicine is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and bedside manner.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, relationship-oriented, and goal-driven.
- Comfortable using technology, EMRs, and digital marketing/social media.
