Your Role:
- Provide comprehensive primary and geriatric care to an aging population
- Manage chronic and acute conditions with a focus on prevention and quality of life
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and care teams to ensure exemplary patient care
- Patient visits in senior living communities
Qualifications:
- Licensed NP or PA in Colorado
- Experience or strong interest in geriatrics and primary care
- Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Pay: $75,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
