Key Responsibilities of the Physician Assistant

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe under protocol.
• Educate patients on preventive care and treatment.
• Document encounters in EMR; maintain clinical and legal standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications of the Physician Assistant

• Graduate of an accredited PA program; NCCPA certified.
• Active or eligible California PA license.
• 2+ years’ experience in urgent care or primary care preferred. However, not required. Graduating students are welcome to apply.
• DOT physical exam experience a plus.
• BLS certification and Spanish fluency preferred.
• Must be able to work on-site in Orange County, CA.

Compensation & Benefits for the Physician Assistant

• Hourly pay: $60–$80
