Full Job Description
Make a Real Impact—One Home at a Time
At myLaurel, we are redefining acute care by bringing urgent, high-acuity, hospital-level services directly into the homes of New York’s most vulnerable, frail, and complex patients. Join a mission-driven team that focuses on patient-centered care, prevents avoidable ER visits, and reduces readmissions by nearly 50%.
About the Role
This is not a typical PA position. It’s an urgent care/hospital medicine model meeting house calls, offering the autonomy and flexibility to practice at the top of your license.
You will work as a Physician Assistant providing integrated medical services in patients’ homes, primarily in the Greater NYC Area. This role is Brooklyn-focused but may include patients in Kings County, Queens County, and Nassau County.
You will travel to patients solo (but supported) in a fully stocked myLaurel company vehicle equipped with diagnostics, procedures, and medications.
