Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations.
- Perform diagnostic procedures and interpret results.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
- Provide patient education on health management and disease prevention.
- Assist in emergency situations with critical care protocols.
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Participate in clinical research initiatives as needed.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies or equivalent.
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C).
- Minimum two year experience required in primary care practice environment.
- Proficiency with EMR systems.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and coding practices is preferred.
- Maintain compliance with HIPPA regulations while managing confidential patient information.
Job Type: Part-time
Projected Total Compensation: From $115,000.00 per year
