• Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm with 36 clinical hours and 4 admin hours weekly

18 – 20 patients per day

• – 9 patients per 4-hour clinic session
• Community health center/FQHC outpatient setting
• Patient population spans pediatric to geriatric care
• EMR: Epic
• Experience with chronic pain and addiction medicine required
• Charts must be completed same day during clinic hours
