Full Job Description
The Center for Sleep Medicine, a progressive and AASM-accredited employee-owned sleep center, is currently seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our team in the Chicagoland area. This role involves working two days per week at our Naperville office and two days per week at our Orland Park office; regular travel between both offices is required. In collaboration with the sleep physicians, this position involves all aspects of the assessment and treatment of patients presenting with sleep complaints including sleep apnea, insomnia, hypersomnia, circadian rhythm disorders, and other sleep conditions. The APP is part of a team that includes physicians, APP’s, psychologists, dentists, and sleep technologists.
Office hours are Monday – Thursday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Travel between our Naperville and Orland Park offices is required, with the work week evenly split between the two locations.

This pay range reflects the Company’s current estimate for this position at the time of posting. In accordance with applicable law, actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience and other job-related qualifications or skills.
