Victory Recovery Partners is a mission-driven Outpatient Recovery Center..
We are looking for a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner for Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) services in our Farmingville, NY location.
Position Highlights:
- Meet and assist patients with MAT, through the induction and maintenance process.
- Follow up with patients during their treatment per protocols.
- Collaborate with the care team to lead comprehensive quality care for patients and inspire them towards a common goal.
- Drive growth by continuously improving Victory Recovery Partner’s clinical model, policies and protocols.
- Live & Telehealth using our based EMR platform to manage patient care.
Education and Experience Criteria:
- Valid license to practice medicine & DEA license.
- Current active, unencumbered DATA 2000 Waiver to allow for prescribing MAT.
- At least 1 year of Buprenorphine prescribing experience preferred but will train.
- Strong communication and diagnostic skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70.00 – $75.00 per hour
