We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PA or NP to join our growing medical team.
Position Overview
As a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, you will play a key role in performing and assisting with minimally invasive hair restoration procedures and advanced aesthetic treatments. This role is ideal for a provider who enjoys hands-on procedural work, precision, and excellence in patient care within a modern, technology-driven environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform and assist with FUE (Follicular Unit Excision) and related hair restoration techniques.
- Administer PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) treatments for hair and skin rejuvenation.
- Perform or assist with advanced aesthetic treatments including:
- Morpheus8 microneedling with radiofrequency
- Lumecca IPL for pigmentation and skin rejuvenation
- Venus Bliss Max body contouring
- Chemical peels and dermaplaning
- Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring safety and comfort throughout treatment.
- Provide detailed post-procedure care instructions and perform follow-up evaluations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold medical standards of care.
- Collaborate closely with the physician and clinical team to ensure excellent outcomes.
Qualifications
- Active Florida PA or NP license in good standing.
- Verifiable surgical or procedural experience required.
- Experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, plastic surgery, or hair restoration preferred (training available).
- Proficiency or interest in PRP, microneedling, and energy-based devices.
- Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and professionalism.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
