Role Overview
We are seeking a Clinic Director (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to lead clinical operations, oversee patient care, and help scale our Connecticut clinics. This is a unique opportunity to combine clinical practice, leadership, and business growth in a fast-expanding healthcare model. You will operate under consultation with our clinic-focused Medical Doctor who acts as a resource and mentor to ensure the top standard of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations, evaluate lab results, and develop treatment plans
- Prescribe and administer testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) under physician supervision
- Assess erectile dysfunction and deliver treatments such as Gainswave, P-Shot, and Trimix
- Develop performance and longevity plans using peptides, vitamins, and regenerative therapies
- Administer medical weight loss programs for our patients that deliver results that both achieve patient goals and preserve long-term performance and benefits.
- Administer injections (IM, PRP) and educate patients on therapies and progress
- Collaborate with medical assistants and administrative staff to maintain clinic census goals
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain high-quality patient care
- Help to develop systems and protocols that balance top tier medical care and clinic-based goals to maximize the availability of these critical therapies to the greatest number of patients.
Qualifications
- Required: Active Physician Assistant (or Nurse Practitioner) license in Connecticut
- Preferred: Experience in men’s health, urology, endocrinology, or general practice (training provided if not)
- Strong interpersonal and patient education skills
- Comfort with both clinical care and leadership responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $80–$90/hour, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses (potential to significantly increase earnings)
