Full Job Description
The APP will work collaboratively with nephrologists to provide comprehensive care for patients with chronic kidney disease, dialysis patients, and those requiring inpatient consults. The role includes outpatient clinic visits, dialysis rounding, and inpatient coverage, with opportunities to develop long-term patient relationships.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
