Job Summary: Primary Care Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing primary care practice. The position involves providing high-quality care to our established patient base, as well as new patients referred through our strong referral network. The ideal candidate will thrive in a supportive environment that emphasizes patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

Job Highlights:

• Patient Base: Established patient panel plus consistent referrals of new patients.
• Facilities & Support: Fully equipped practice with exam rooms, electronic health record (EHR) system, patient check-in/out, billing, and referral management.
• Flexible Schedule: part time or full time. No weekends or nights.
• Team Support: Collaborate with an experienced medical director and medical assistant for clinical and administrative assistance.
• Compensation: Competitive hourly pay with a productivity-based bonus tied to the number of patients seen.
• Physician supervision available at no cost to you.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
• Manage chronic conditions, preventive care, and acute illnesses.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EHR system.
• Collaborate with the medical director and support staff to ensure seamless patient care.

Qualifications:

• Active licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.
