Job Summary:
The Physician Assistant (PA) / Nurse Practitioner (NP) will provide medical evaluation and treatment for male patients with sexual health concerns. The provider will work closely with the clinic team and collaborating physicians and directors to ensure patients receive comprehensive care while maintaining a professional and compassionate approach.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and a review of lab results via a Doppler Ultrasound.
● Diagnose and manage conditions related to men’s sexual health, including erectile dysfunction, low testosterone, and other related disorders.
● Prescribe and manage medications and treatment plans as appropriate within scope of practice and state regulations.
● Provide patient education on sexual health and treatment options.
● Document patient encounters accurately and timely.
● Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
● Current and valid PA or NP license in the state of Florida.
● Certification by the relevant national board
● Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Work Schedule:
● Full time or flexible part-time hours based on clinical needs.
● Ability to work some holidays may be required.

Pay: $110,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
