• This is a contract position with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Candidates must possess a DEA License and Medicare & Medicaid IDs.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program.
• Residency in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
• Experience in geriatrics and palliative care is preferred.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with a frail or elderly population.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• No history of malpractice or license loss.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Geriatric Medicine or equivalent experience.
• Residency in Internal Medicine or Family Practice is required.
• Fellowship in geriatrics and palliative care is preferred.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
• DEA License and Medicare & Medicaid IDs required.
• Minimum of one year of experience with a frail or elderly population.
• Strong communication skills.
