Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Interventional Pain ManagementJoin a Leading Spine Care Team in Tyler, TX

About the RoleWe’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our fast-growing interventional pain management team. In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced physicians to provide advanced, patient-centered spine and pain care. You’ll see upwards of 28 patients per day with the support of dedicated medical assistants — helping patients reclaim their mobility and improve their quality of life.

This is a full-time clinic position with no call requirements, in a supportive environment that values teamwork, professional growth, and exceptional patient care.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive pain management evaluations and follow-up visits
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create tailored treatment plans
  • Perform or assist with in-office procedures (training provided if needed)
  • Maintain accurate documentation in NextGen EHR
  • See upwards of 28 patients daily with one-to-one clinical support from a medical assistant

Minimum Requirements

  • Current NP or PA license (Texas or ability to obtain)
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
  • Comfortable in a high-volume clinical setting
  • Eager to learn and follow established protocols
  • New graduates welcome — full training provided

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in pain management, orthopedics, spine care, or neurology
  • Background in musculoskeletal medicine, kinesiology, or physical therapy
  • Familiarity with NextGen EHR
  • Experience with trigger point injections (or willingness to learn)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $125,000 – $145,000, based on experience
  • Annual performance bonus: $2,500 – $5,000 (historically paid every year, including during COVID)

Schedule

  • Clinic hours: 7.5 hours of patient care daily
  • Mon–Thu: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-min lunch)
  • Fri: Reduced hours, office closes at 3:00 PM
  • No on-call requirements
