Full Job Description
About Us
Gameday Men’s Health Anchorage is redefining what a men’s clinic can be. We specialize in testosterone replacement therapy, erectile dysfunction treatments, weight management, and peptides – all delivered in a space that feels more like a man cave than a medical office. TVs on the walls, leather chairs, hardwood floors, and a team that genuinely enjoys coming to work.
We’re a locally owned, family-run clinic. That means you’re not a number in a corporate system; you’re a valued part of a small team where your ideas are heard and your contributions matter. Our mission is simple: help men regain their energy, confidence, and vitality so they can show up as their best selves at home, at work, and in the community.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is passionate about patient care, a team player, and excited to be part of a growing practice. You’ll have the time and autonomy to focus on quality, relationship-based care – without the rushed, high-volume pace of traditional healthcare.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate patients for low testosterone and, under physician supervision, prescribe testosterone therapy
- Evaluate patients for erectile dysfunction and recommend treatment plans (e.g., Gainswave, P-Shot, Trimix)
- Conduct new patient consultations and interpret lab results
- Provide patient education in a clear, approachable way
- Administer intramuscular and PRP injections
- Collaborate with registered nurses, medical assistants and reception staff to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with regulations
What You’ll Bring
- Active Alaska NP or PA license in good standing
- DEA certificate and Controlled Substance Registration (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years NP or PA experience (urology, endocrinology, or general practice preferred)
- No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
- A professional, approachable demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Desire to work in a team that values precision, connection, and positive patient relationships
Why You’ll Love It Here
- No nights, weekends, or call – work-life balance is real here
- A family-owned environment where you have a voice in how things are done
- The chance to make a real difference in patients’ lives and see the results of your care firsthand
- A fun, supportive team culture where laughter is part of the daily routine
Apply today and join a growing team that’s changing men’s healthcare in Alaska – one patient at a time.
