About Us:Skin Perfect Medical Aesthetics is a growing medical aesthetics practice with 7 locations across Southern California. We’re currently seeking a passionate and experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at our boutique Lancaster location.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations and develop customized treatment plans
- Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including:
- Injectables (toxins, dermal fillers)
- Laser treatments
- CoolSculpting
- Ultherapy
- Microneedling
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Ensure high standards of patient safety and care
- Stay informed on the latest trends and technologies in aesthetics
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid California NP or PA license (required)
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics
- Strong clinical and procedural skills
- Excellent bedside manner, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Schedule & Compensation:
- Part-time: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- Business Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (16–24 hours/week)
- Pay: $60.00 – $80.00 per hour, DOE
- Additional training and development opportunities available
- Work in a beautiful, boutique-style office setting
