OverviewSchoenwalder Health & Wellness is a leading integrative medical clinic located in Chesterfield, Missouri. Our team focuses on root-cause healing through functional medicine, advanced diagnostics, and lifestyle-based care. We offer a cash-based, insurance-free model that allows providers to spend meaningful time with patients.
We’re seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) who is passionate about holistic healthcare and eager to join a collaborative, patient-centered team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and follow-up care
- Order, review, and interpret functional lab tests (GI MAP, DUTCH, OAT, etc.)
- Develop personalized treatment plans that may include supplementation, nutrition, and detox protocols
- Educate and empower patients to make long-term lifestyle changes
- Collaborate with physicians, NPs, and wellness staff to deliver consistent, high-quality care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our EMR system
Qualifications:
- Current PA license in the state of Missouri
- NCCPA certification
- Strong interest in functional, integrative, or lifestyle medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, non-insurance-based clinic setting
- Willingness to learn clinic protocols and new modalities
Preferred but Not Required:
- Previous experience in integrative or holistic health
- Familiarity with cash-based models of care
- Functional Medicine training (A4M, IFM, etc.)

Pay: From $130,000.00 per year
