Position SummaryA well-established outpatient clinic in Sun City, AZ is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its pain management team. This role offers a predictable weekday schedule, no nights or weekends, and a collaborative care environment focused on long-term patient relationships and evidence-based pain relief strategies. Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 annually (prorated for part-time; negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform assessments and manage treatment for patients with chronic or acute pain conditions
- Conduct physical exams and order, interpret, and act on diagnostic results
- Develop and adjust care plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Educate patients on medication usage, treatment options, and lifestyle strategies
- Work collaboratively with supervising physicians and clinical support staff
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical improvement efforts
Qualifications
- Active or eligible Arizona license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Graduate of a U.S.-based, accredited NP or PA program (Note: Puerto Rico programs not eligible)
- DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- BLS certification
- Preferred: At least 2 years of experience in pain management, internal medicine, or a related clinical setting
